About James Mort & Associates
Jim Mort Real Estate and Schools of Real Estate opened in the mid 1970's. Since then, JMS has educated, licensed and trained over 100,000 students. Jim Mort's REALTRAC Sales Advantage Selling Skills Program, has been chosen by many of the Nation's Top Firms as their program of choice for their associates.
Jim Mort 's past experiences include: President and Owner of Jim Mort Real Estate and Schools of Real Estate, Inc. He has served as the Director of Education & Training for Arvida Realty Services (a St. Joe Company), for CENTURY 21 of Southern Florida, ERA Heavener Ogier Service Florida's West Coast, EXIT Realty Premier Properties, KELLER Williams Plantation CEO & TL, Better Homes & Gardens Gimelstob Realty Accelerated Production Center Director and State Program Director for KEISER College Real Estate Division.
Today, Jim is the classroom Manager and Instructor for North Carolina's Top Premier School of Real Estate. He is a licensed real estate Broker and Instructor in North Carolina and Florida, a member of the National Association of REALTORS(R) and North Carolina Real Estate Educators Association.
