BEYOND THE BASICS (R): This Sales Training Program was designed to help solve the problems of real estate licensees leaving the real estate profession due to the lack of "organized sales training".   Programs that were not being offered by a vast majority of real estate offices.  The licensing courses (63 and 45 Hours) do not teach a real estate licensee how to "Do Real Estate".  The Beyond The Basics Sales Training program has been used by many of Florida's largest and most successful real estate companies. PERSONAL COACHING: This personal coaching program is based on a free no cost or obligation initial consultation to find out exactly where the individual licensee finds themselves in their real estate career,  exactly where they want to go with their real estate license and exactly what they will have to do to get there.  As the internationally known  Jim Rohn said, "A formal education can make you a living, but self education can make you a fortune."

 

Some of the topics discussed include: Sources of Lead Generation, Listing & Listing Presentations, Working with Buyers, Closing Techniques and Branding. This coaching is personally one-on-one with Jim Mort and not one of his coaches.
