BEYOND THE BASICS SALES TRAINING COURSE: (Entire office)

This course begins where the licensing course leaves off.  It covers the 4 key activities of a Top Producing Agent.  It eliminates all of the guess work as to what you do now that you have a license, it eliminates all of the very expensive and time-wasting trial and error and it takes you to where you want to go...quickly.  Yes, a Quick Start.  Each module is approximately 2 to 3 hours long and has been attended by literally thousands of agents.  It was the training program of choice chosen by the REALTOR (R) Association of Greater Ft. Lauderdale and was attended by students who were enrolled at KEISER COLLEGE Real Estate Division, now KEISER UNIVERSITY.

$249.00 per session for the entire office

SPECIAL BONUS 

Pay for all 4 sessions in advance, program will include 1 bonus session on "Goal Setting & Time Management" or "Branding" Becoming the Agent of Choice.

PERSONAL COACHING - One-on-One:

This course fine tunes the Beyond the Basics Sales Training where Jim Mort works with an individual one-on-one personally or live on-line. We will focus on Personal and listing marketing, arranging and personalizing the listing presentation, working with the buyer and getting the commitment, converting incoming phone calls to face-to-face appointments, exclusive buyer representation, closing and overcoming objections, branding and becoming the agent of choice, learning how to obtain optimal market share and much more.  After an initial free no cost or obligation initial consultation, we schedule a day and time to start your first session.  These 2-to-3-hour sessions are conducted once per week for a period of 5 weeks. 

 

There are no long-term contractual commitments to sign.  We go month-to-month only and after seeing the results, it is at your option should you wish to continue.  As others are finding, you will find yourself increasing your income, doing it with less effort and enjoying building and growing your business.  

The fee is:

$349.00 for 5 Sessions (once per week), you will have access to Jim Mort 5 days per week via phone, email or ZOOM
