License Courses


    • ​Must be at least 18 years of age.
    • Must have a high school diploma or its equivalent.

    • Must receive approval of your state application.

    • Must complete and pass a state approved 63-hour course.

    • Must pass a state examination.

    • Upon successfully passing the 63 hour course, a completion slip will be issued.

    • Florida resident is not require.


    • You may submit Online - Department of Business and Professional Regulation website

    • You may mail by downloading and printing the application

    • Submit the proper fee with you application

    • the average time for state to process and approve your application may take several weeks.

    • Fingerprints must be electronically submitted prior to the approval of your application.

  • At the present time Pearson VUE is the state testing company. To schedule your exam go on-line or call (877) 238-8232

At the present time we are only providing end-of-course and state final exam reviews to help you pass your exams.  There is NO CHARGE to you for this service.  Call us a 954-232-9757 one week prior to your exam and we will schedule a time when we can meet.  Due to COVID 19, this review class will be held on ZOOM.  You must have access to internet, a desk top or laptop computer with camera and audio.

As any instructor should tell you, the licensing course is not intended to teach a person how to do real estate.  Sellers and buyers as a rule don't care that a real estate person knows the difference between a general warranty, special warranty, bargain and sale and a quit claim deed.  They don't care that a real estate person knows how many acres are found in the        NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of section 36.  All they want to know is if selling, what are you going to do to get my house sold for the highest or best price possible, within my time-frame and with as few problems as possible?  If buying what are you going to do to find me a property that will be the best property in the market, are you a good negotiator and will you help me get the lowest or best price possible?
