SALESPERSON'S 63 HOUR PRE-LICENSE COURSE:  This is the only Florida state required course in order to be able to obtain a license as a real estate sales person.  It is where you start your journey to becoming a licensed real estate agent.  

SALESPERSON'S 45 HOUR POST-LICENSE COURSE: This is the only Florida state required course that must be successfully complete prior to a sales persons first renewal of their initial license.

14 HOUR CONTINUING EDUCATION COURSE: This course must be completed by a licensee once every 2 years and can be done either by physically attending a class, completing the course on-line or ordering an approved manual and completing the class on your own

BEYOND THE BASICS: This class has been attended by thousands of people from around the country and has been taught not only at major real estate companies and sponsored by nationally known names such as BB&T Bank, NationsBank, ADT Home Security, but used by several organizations as their training program of choice such as ARIVIDA Realty Services, REALTOR(R) Association of Greater Ft. Lauderdale and KEISER College now KEISER University.

According to one study done by the National Association of Realtors several years ago, the number one reason for the high turnover rate is newly licensed people, those who responded said, "Lack of organized training."  This program was specifically designed to resolve that problem.  I discusses in-depth that by practicing the fundamentals daily, a person can achieve the status of Top Producer in a very short period of time.
