Your Promise of Success

John Maxwell quote.PNG

At the time of this writing, there are approximately 5,000 people applying to get their Florida real estate license ...monthly!  When taking the required licensing course most instructors will tell students that the purpose of the course is to teach them only how to pass the exam.  The purpose is not to teach them how to actually do the business.  As a result, there is a very high attrition rate in real estate.

In an article in INMAN News entitled "Why New Agents Fail" they stated these four primary reasons...

  1. Lack of adequate startup capital

  2. Unrealistic expectations

  3. Parttime vs Fulltime

  4. Mindset/preparation/competence/confidence

The training you receive after you pass your real estate exam is absolutely critical to your success and one of the evidences of that is the attrition rate. In an article on the ACTIVERAIN site entitled "What is the Success Rate for Real Estate Agents", it states, "the failure rate is high".  It is not just high... it is astronomically high.  The failure rate is 87%.   You do the math.  13% of those who embark on a career in real estate sales ultimately succeed.  That's 87% don't make it.

We have been providing training that goes far Beyond the Basics of just passing the exam.  Training that teaches the five key fundamentals of doing real estate.  The market may change but the fundamentals never change.
